Rabbiting (Just some of the methods)

Many countrymen have at some time in their life enjoyed the sport of rabbiting.

In this video, we discover one of the oldest known methods - longnetting.  Mick Mansbridge has been rabbiting for over forty years, many of which have been on a professional basis.  Mick shares with us his vast knowledge and many experiences, including a detailed section on how to make nets.

Also included is Tom Sturgess who looks at the old system of the liner ferret and brings it up to date with the electronic ferret finder.  Tom also takes us through rough shooting and shooting over ferrets.

Enjoy an hour of rabbiting with advice and information to assist those who still participate in one of our many country pursuits.
